The Green Bay Packers are benefiting from a first-round bye, as they will host the Seattle Seahawks in the divisional round after watching the Wild Card round from their couches. Despite that, they are not exactly in great health.

The team announced a slew of injuries on Wednesday. Defensive lineman Kenny Clark (back), tight end Jimmy Graham (wrist/veteran rest), running back Dexter Williams (illness), and cornerback Tramon Williams (veteran rest) all did not practice on Wednesday.

Tight end Marcedes Lewis (veteran rest), linebacker Preston Smith (ankle), guard Billy Turner (ankle), and fullback Danny Vitale (knee) were all limited participants.

Clark's absence from practice should be the most alarming one, as his lack of participation is not due to veteran rest. He dealt with a back injury earlier in the season, but has not missed a game.

Clark is a force for the Packers' defensive line. While working on the interior, the UCLA product tallied 62 combined tackles, nine tackles for loss, six quarterback hits, and six sacks in 2019. Though the 24-year-old was not named to the Pro Bowl or All-Pro teams, he enjoyed one of the best seasons for interior defenders in the entire NFL.

The Packers will sorely miss Clark if he does not play on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. He often holds down the interior of the offensive line, in turn allowing the edge rush to run free. If Green Bay wants to limit Russell Wilson, an interior pass rush would be vital to those efforts.

Luckily, the Packers have Thursday and Friday practices to see if Clark will play or not.
