The Green Bay Packers have found their next head coach after parting ways with longtime head coach Mike McCarthy earlier in the season.

The Titans' former offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur has been viewed as an offensive guru in recent years, especially the drastic turnaround of the Los Angeles Rams last season. LaFleur was a fantastic fit with the Titans and appeared to be drawing a lot of interest in from teams to take his vision to the next level.

The Packers are full of offensive playmakers, including wide receiver Davante Adams, tight end Jimmy Graham and running back Aaron Jones. Of course, quarterback Aaron Rodgers will likely be thrilled to have a young head coach that he can relate to with a similar vision and goal in mind. Rodgers has expressed frustration with the play calling in recent years and reportedly would change play calls. Things could change in a big way for Green Bay with LaFleur making offensive decisions in accordance with Rodgers.

LaFleur could be the next coming of Rams head coach Sean McVay, considering both are young visionaries of the league with incredible knowledge and vast insights of how the game is being played now. The job could be a match made in heaven if LaFleur can surround himself with the right coaches because it's clear the talent is already there for LaFleur to work with.
