Brian Gutekunst and the Green Bay Packers have two first-round selections in the 2019 NFL Draft. They are slated to pick at both No. 12 and No. 30 overall. That may not be where they end up picking after all.

According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter via Packers Wire, Green Bay is trying to trade up from the No. 30 pick higher in the first round.

Green Bay was listed by Schefter as a “sleeper team” in the quarterback market this year. They could be looking to trade up to the middle of the first round in order to get a quarterback like Daniel Jones, Drew Lock, or Dwayne Haskins. That is purely speculation though.

It has been an interesting offseason thus far for the Packers. They went out in free agency and spent a lot of money on Adrian Amos, Za'Darius Smith, Preston Smith, and Billy Turner. Making a big deal to move up in the draft is something that the old regime in Green Bay would not have done.

Aaron Rodgers isn't getting any younger. Green Bay is trying to stock up on talent around him and may also be looking at his future heir apparent. If they can get a good player at No. 12 and a quarterback with their second first round selection, this draft could be a big win for the organization.

Only time will tell what the Packers do in the draft. Even if they stand pat, they could come away with two instant impact players.

Expect to hear trade rumors continue to swirl and it appears that Green Bay will be a team to keep an eye on.
