The start of the 2019 NFL season is finally here, as the Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night. Everybody is excited for the game, including former Packers star receiver Greg Jennings.

Jennings, now an analyst with FS1, appeared on ‘Undisputed‘ Thursday morning to break down the game. Jennings played in plenty NFC North division clashes himself, and he's expecting a whole lot of action here.

“I expect fireworks, period. This is a rivalry game and this is the first we're going to see Aaron Rodgers in this offensive scheme with Matt LaFleur. All we care about as Green Bay fans is that man better show me something,” Jennings said.

Jennings, of course, is one of a few former Packers players who has clashed with Rodgers since leaving the team. In a recent Bleacher Report expose that detailed dysfunction in Green Bay, Jennings is one of the former players featured prominently.

Jennings has taken issue with how his departure from the Packers was handled, and the role that Rodgers might've played in it. However, Jennings seems high on what Rodgers and the Green Bay offense can achieve in 2019, highlighting all the great weapons Rodgers has at his disposal.

Rodgers is entering the year with a chip on his shoulder, and needs to show everyone he's still one of the game's elite passers. LaFleur also has a lot to prove, as the young head coach has only had one year of calling plays before.

The atmosphere in Chicago is going to be electric, and the storylines are endless. Jennings is 100 percent right that all eyes will be on the Rodgers/LaFleur partnership Thursday night.
