Kevin King is one of the many talented cornerbacks on the Green Bay Packers' roster, but he has dealt with frustrating injury issues throughout his career. When he has been healthy, the Packers have seen the star potential that they saw in him when they drafted him with the No. 33 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Green Bay has struggled mightily this season with consistency on the defensive side of the football. Looking ahead to their Week 10 matchup with the Miami Dolphins, the Packers are in desperate need of a victory.

Unfortunately, it sounds like the Packers may be without King due to an injury he suffered in Week 10.

According to a report from Aaron Nagler of Cheesehead TV, King is expected to miss the Packers' Week 10 game due to a hamstring injury suffered against the New England Patriots.

Throughout the first six games he has played this season, King has recorded 17 tackles to go along with a fumble recovery, an interception, and two defended passes.

At 23 years old, King has the potential to become a lockdown cornerback for the Packers. Mike Pettine is a big fan of the 6-foot-3 corner and he fits the aggressive nature of the new defense.

In addition to King, the Packers have a lot of talent in their secondary. Jaire Alexander and Josh Jackson were the Packers' first two picks in the 2018 NFL Draft. Both players have shown flashes of big potential.

King missing the game against the Dolphins may not end up being a huge difference maker. Green Bay should be able to handle their business if they play up to their potential.

All of that being said, the Packers will need a big game from Alexander, Jackson, and veteran corner Bashaud Breeland.
