Packers head coach Matt LaFleur has coached in Houston, Washington, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Nashville in the past. But, none compare to Green Bay; where fans bleed green and yellow and where cheese on their heads.

On Monday, LaFleur said via The Athletic's Matt Schneidman,

“It [Packers fans at training camp] was unlike anything I’ve ever been around.”

Though LaFleur is baffled by the atmosphere in Green Bay, he has mentioned he wants to make it a bit louder. After his first preseason game as Packers head coach, LaFleur said, via USA Today's Zach Kruse,

“I just want anything that is going to get fans out of their seat and make [Lambeau Field] a true advantage. I don’t care what it is. If you’ve got an idea, we’ll take it.”

LaFleur also noted that during his time in Atlanta playing the Packers, those representing green and yellow were so loud he had to go to a silent count.

“How do we get this to be a tremendous home-field advantage and get the crowd on their feet and make it just a nightmare for opposing offenses? Because I know this: When I was in Atlanta in 2016 and there were a bunch of Packer fans there, we were going on the silent count in our home stadium. And to me, that’s the standard. I think it’s intimidating for the opponent, and how we can make the same environment when teams come in here,” LaFleur said per USA Today.

Now, he's witnessing the Packers craze in Wisconsin no matter where he goes.
