It is no secret that the Green Bay Packers have plenty of work to do amidst all the changes they made this offseason. fortunately, head coach Matt LaFleur feels he and quarterback Aaron Rodgers are making tremendous progress.

LaFleur was tasked with helping the Packers offense turn things around in the 2019 NFL season. According to Allan Bell of 247Sports, he is happy with what he has seen from Rodgers thus far.

“I think it's going great, man. He's fun to be around. You can see how much fun he's having on the field.”

This is certainly an encouraging update from LaFleur. Despite Green Bay's struggles in recent years, expectations still seem to be as high as ever for the team going into the 2019 campaign. The dynamic between LaFleur on Rodgers will be among the more notable storylines surrounding the Packers moving forward.

There is no question that Green Bay's offense has grown a bit stagnant as of late. Their scheme seemed to revolve heavily on Rodgers' playmaking ability.

While he is one of the few quarterbacks in the NFL that is capable of taking over a game on his own, the Packers would ideally like to rely on a much more balanced effort from this group.

LaFleur has indicated that the offense must be able to establish the run on a consistent basis. There is certainly no shortage of talent in the backfield with Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams.

Aside from the run game, the Packers would also like to see some return on the investment they made in the receiving corps in recent years.

Although wide receiver Davante Adams has established himself as the clear-cut No. 1 option, the starting job across from him seems to be up for grabs.
