NBA season is officially over and now NFL training camps are going to kick off in just a matter of days. However, one huge, looming question is about the status of Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers. After months and months of rumors and trade buzz regarding the star, it turns out that not much has changed at all– which could be a huge concern.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network touched bases on the latest regarding the Packers gunslinger.

So, Rapoport says nothing has changed. That is not what Packers fans want to hear.

Rodgers had expressed discontent and frustration with the organization for many reasons and because of that came reports that he had requested a trade. The Packers went into mini camps and OTAs with Jordan Love running the show, and if Rodgers doesn't show up for training camp on July 27, then the franchise will really have to figure out what to do.

The Packers made a trip to the NFC title game before losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers no more than six months ago, and losing Rodgers could spiral them back in the NFC race.

While it certainly isn't much of an update, the fact that nothing has changed from March until now is extremely concerning, especially with the season set to kick off in less than six weeks.

Will Rodgers put on a Packers uniform in 2021 or will he go elsewhere?

At this point, nobody knows, and only time will tell.
