The Green Bay Packers will once again be without their longtime wide receiver, Randall Cobb. He has been nursing a nagging hamstring injury for the majority of the season. He will miss his sixth game of the season this Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Packers have struggled all season as they head into their game against Minnesota at 4-5-1. They have been one of the more disappointing teams this season. Cobb's presence would have been great to have as Aaron Rodgers hasn't been himself as he has had to teach three rookies on the fly.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling has come into his own, but he doesn't have Rodgers' complete trust yet. J'Mon Moore and Equanimeous St. Brown aren't getting enough chances in the offense at the moment. Having two wide receivers with his trust would have been huge as the Packers need to win in Minnesota tonight.

Cobb hasn't been the x-factor he once was a couple seasons ago. It would not be surprising if 2018 would be his last season with the Packers. 2018 is a contract year for him and there is a chance the team decides to let him walk in free agency.

Maybe Randall Cobb's injury gives more opportunities to Aaron Jones. Packers fans and players have clamored for more touches. He is one of the most explosive players in the league.
