Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers appeared on Kenny Mayne's final SportsCenter on ESPN Monday night. Mayne had on some of his favorites that he has bonded with throughout the years and that included Rodgers. While the league MVP didn't provide much, he was asked about his ongoing saga with the Packers and one answer he provided verified a lot of the beliefs that have been thrown around.

“I love the coaching staff, love my teammates, love the fan base in Green Bay…It’s just kind of about a philosophy and maybe forgetting that it is about the people that make the thing go.” – Aaron Rodgers on ESPN.

Rodgers is a smart dude, he gives calculated answers. If there was any doubt that this stems from anything outside of Rodgers' issues with Brian Gutekunst and the front office, those ideas can be put to rest.

The Packers quarterback specifically mentioned his love for the coaching staff, his teammates and the city and fans of Green Bay. No mention of Gutekunst or Mark Murphy, that's intentional on the part of Rodgers.

Many had questioned how the relationship would work out between No. 12 and Matt LaFleur when the Packers made the hire over two years ago. The returns have been great for Green Bay and the two seem to have a genuine bond between them.

A lot of what Rodgers said to Kenny Mayne was the typical of what you would expect for someone engulfed in a fiasco like Rodgers is with his current organization. From that, little should be taken. But what is important to note and what was intriguing to see him say was indirectly pointing the finger right at Gutekunst and this Packers front office for all the issues he currently has with the franchise. It's not LaFleur, it's not Jordan Love, it's not the city or his teammates, it's Gutekunst that Rodgers isn't seeing eye-to-eye with.

Both sides are at fault for a variety of reasons and now the only thing to do is sit back to see how the rest of this movie unravels in Green Bay.
