After months of drama and speculation, he is set to return. With that, it appears that star wide receiver Davante Adams is also set to listening on a new deal, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

This is terrific news for the Packers, as reports came out about the star wide receiver no longer thinking about signing an extension and people already wondering where he might play after the season ends.
However, one of the best wide receivers in the league is a must-have and the Packers need to do whatever it takes to sign Adams for the long run, especially with questions swirling regarding Rodgers' future in Green Bay.
With Aaron Rodgers expected to return to Green Bay while giving the Packers more cap room, the team now can make another run at trying to sign WR Davante Adams to an extension, per sources.
