Aaron Jones ran into the end zone quite a bit this season. In fact, his 16 rushing touchdowns were tied for the most in the NFL (with Derrick Henry of the Tennessee Titans). He also added three receiving touchdowns on the year.

Welp, Jones did it again, this time in the playoffs.

The Green Bay Packers are facing off with the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night. In an NFC Divisional round game, Jones pushed the ball in from the one-yard line. The touchdown gave the Packers a 14-3 lead in the second quarter.

Green Bay had gotten to a first-and-goal from the one-yard line. As you can tell in the video, the touchdown happened on third-and-goal.

It's essential that Jones used his strength to muscle his way into the end zone on that play. The reason is simple; if he didn't there, the Packers would have had to settle for a field goal.

Maybe they would have ended up going for it, but even if they did, there is no guarantee they would've gotten in for the score.

So this might have been their last chance to score a touchdown on the drive, and Jones made sure they got the six (eventually seven) points.

This also gave Green Bay a 14-3 lead at home. It's still the second quarter, and the Seahawks are an incredibly dangerous team, though. Due to that, this game is far from over. However, the Packers are building a nice cushion, and the power of Jones can be thanked for that.
