It might have come a little too late for the Green Bay Packers, but quarterback Aaron Rodgers managed to find rookie tight end Jace Sternberger in the back of the end zone to make things at least a little interesting against the San Francisco 49ers. With just under nine minutes left in the fourth quarter, Rodgers connected with Sternberger to bring the Packers within just 14 points after Green Bay trailed by more than 20 points for the majority of the NFC clash.

Although the score came with the game just about out of reach, at least Rodgers was able to create a very memorable moment for the rookie pass catcher in Sternberger.

With the Packers losing to the 49ers for the second time this season, San Francisco will now advance to Super Bowl LIV against the AFC Champion Kansas City Chiefs. With the 49ers beating the Packers, the Chiefs previously defeated the Tennessee Titans earlier in the day on Sunday.
