The NFC Championship game has not been going well for the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Jones. At halftime, they found themselves down 27-0 to the San Francisco 49ers.

The Packers needed to come out strong. Luckily for them, that's exactly what the offense did. It ended with an Aaron Jones touchdown reception from an Aaron Rodgers pass.

That ended the scoring drought for Green Bay, getting the Packers on the board and back in the game at 27-7.

Jones walked in right there. The Packers have been struggling all day to get anything going, then Jones caught a pass and had nothing but free space in front of him. That was absolutely fantastic blocking.

There is certainly a long way to go, especially because the 49ers have already answered with another Raheem Mostert touchdown, making it 34-7.

What this touchdown did though was give the Packers life. It showed that the offense could indeed break through and find their way to the end zone.

Now the defense needs to step up and make some stops to get the ball back to Aaron Jones.

There is still an entire mountain to go if the Packers want to actually win. However, they are still breathing.
