The Green Bay Packers had a close shave when they played the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field. However, cornerback Kevin King was there to save the day and give the Packers a much-deserved W.

The corner recorded an impressive interception that led to the Packers winning the game by a mere five points:

The Vikings had a chance to put the pressure on Matt LaFleur and Aaron Rodgers with a well-timed pass. However, Kirk Cousins tossed up a prayer that wasn't answered.

Cousins took a big chance as a Packers defender was on his way to steamroll him. He would have thrown it out of play if he didn't see a bit of daylight with Stefon Diggs. He then threw a lob from 22 yards out that King brilliantly intercepted to help stop the Vikings from scoring.

Vikings fans will complain that Cousins forced the game when they had at least two more tries to complete a touchdown. It would have been wiser for Cousins to just throw the ball away.

However, what's done is done. King baited Cousins to thinking that Diggs had enough space to convert the touchdown. He then made the perfect run to make a picture-perfect interception. He just showed everyone why he is such a key player despite the frustrations the team have had with his injuries.

There are plenty of things LaFleur must go over as it was another game that the Packers could have won more comfortably, especially after going up 21-0 early. However, the fans who flocked to Lambeau Field are just thankful that King was there to make the big play when it mattered.
