The Carolina Panthers have wasted no time in ushering in some significant changes to their coaching staff. It appears they have been keeping their eye on LSU passing game coordinator Joe Brady.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Brady is set to join the Panthers' coaching staff as offensive coordinator.

Although most teams have looked around the league for their replacements on the coaching staff, Carolina has opted to go the college route with the hiring of Matt Rhule as head coach following his stint at Baylor. It seems Rhule and general manager Marty Hurney will be looking to keep it going by bring Brady aboard.

Brady may have limited experience, however, it is clear that the Panthers are looking to strike while the iron is hot. He previously spent two years in the NFL as an offensive assistant with the New Orleans Saints from 2017-18 before joining Ed Orgeron's staff this season where he helped to put the cherry on top of one of the most dominant seasons by LSU after defeating Clemson in the national championship game on Monday. Meanwhile, quarterback Joe Burrow is now slated to be taken with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft following a spectacular year that saw him take home the Heisman Trophy.
