With longtime Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton now officially a member of the heralded New England Patriots, former Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints signal-caller Teddy Bridgewater is the new man under center in Charlotte.

Even with the Panthers seemingly revamping the team's entire structure from top to bottom, things appear to be going pretty smoothly in Carolina thus far in the offseason as Bridgewater continues to lead the way for the NFC South franchise.

After making his way from Minnesota to New Orleans, the veteran quarterback is once again a bona fide starter with the Panthers signing Bridgewater to a three-year, $63 million free agent contract earlier in the offseason. Staying in the division for the foreseeable future, the NFC South is now absolutely packed at the quarterback position with Bridgewater completing a quartet also comprised of Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan and the aforementioned Brees.

While two of those players headed to the Pro Football Hall of Fame with the third serving as a former NFL MVP, Bridgewater and the Panthers will certainly have their work cut out for them in 2020.
