The New England Patriots continue to roll with Tom Brady and company getting their sixth win of the 2017 NFL season on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Although the Patriots have now won four straight games, the team may have suffered a loss with wide receiver Chris Hogan going down with an injury.

Hogan went down late in the game with what is an apparent shoulder injury, according to Hayden Bird of Boston.com.

With what the Patriots are calling a shoulder injury, Hogan left the field in the fourth quarter with his right arm hanging limp. The injury occurred with just under three and a half minutes remaining in the game, as Hogan ran a crossing route on 2nd and 8.

The Patriots wideout, however, believes he'll be alright following the injury which required a sling, via Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio.

Patriots receiver Chris Hogan is in a sling after Sunday’s win over the Chargers. Per a league source, however, Hogan thinks he’ll be OK.

The source adds that an MRI is coming on Monday morning for Hogan, who little over a week ago lost his two front teeth.

Fortunately for Hogan and the Patriots, New England is headed into their bye week after the win over the Chargers on Sunday. If Hogan gets favorable results on the MRI, he may not be forced to miss any time which is obviously good news for Tom Brady and company.

In Week 10, the defending Super Bowl champions will go on the road to face the Denver Broncos in the Mile High City.
