It appears the New England Patriots are going to have President Donald Trump in their corner when they take on the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Trump has made no doubt about it before that he likes Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, and Robert Kraft and had nothing but praise for the trio in an interview with the Daily Caller.

“So, it’s talent, it’s chemistry — they have a great chemistry with each other — I mean, I like all three of them, as you know, I’m a very good friend with them,” Trump said. “Coach Belichick endorsed me, you remember that?”

Trump was referring to a letter of endorsement that he received from Belichick when he was running to become the President. Brady also called Trump a friend but tried to backtrack on those comments a bit and didn't attend the White House ceremony after the team beat the Falcons. It appears that Trump has made peace with that and also heaped the praise on Brady's play.

“Belichick is so tough and Kraft is a great guy,” Trump said. “The three of them they just have — how good was Brady, I mean, the last game? Not the last game, the last two games. Brady plays better under pressure than he does in a regular game. I mean, that last two minutes, the way he was throwing the ball down the field — they were bullets.”

Maybe if the Patriots beat the Rams on Sunday Brady will decide to attend the White House ceremony because there is no doubt the team will be invited.
