Ever since Saturday, fans of the New England Patriots have been curious about what Tom Brady said at the men's basketball game between Syracuse and North Carolina. To the people who have been wondering, enhanced audio has solved the mystery of what Brady said to Julian Edelman.

While sitting courtside at the game, cameras panned to Brady, Edelman, and Jimmy Fallon. Edelman, who noticed the camera was on them, jokingly muttered the words “he's coming back”.

Of course, he was speaking about Brady's impending free agency this offseason. Then, Brady proceeded to mouth something back to the veteran wideout.

When it initially occurred, some people believed Brady responded with the statement “he's not”. Given that, many people made the conclusion that the coveted quarterback has already made his decision on where he'll play next season.

But after someone dove into the rest of the audio, that isn't what happened at all. On the contrary, someone near Brady asked him the simple question, “What'd you tell Boeheim?”, head coach of the college basketball team at Syracuse.

That prompted the 42-year-old quarterback to respond with “he's got it”, not “he's not”. Therefore, everyone can go back to their regular programming since that has been cleared up.

There aren't many times that you are going to see a first-ballot Hall of Famer test free agency. Especially when he's spent 20 seasons with the same organization and is nearing the end of his career. Nevertheless, everything Brady does is going to be overblown and connected to his decision until an official choice is made.
