Ahead of the mega fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor this Saturday, there have been many professional athletes weighing in with who they believe will win the match.

It appears that New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady has made his choice obvious with his close personal ties to Mayweather, as the two were recently spotted FaceTiming.

Mayweather had recently shed light on their friendship, as he stated he has a close friendship with the two-time league MVP that has developed over the years. (h/t CBS Sports)

“That's a close friend of mine,” Mayweather said. “Tom Brady's a very, very close friend. An unbelievable guy with unbelievable talent. He's a great guy.”

The two have been to great heights in both of their Hall of Fame careers, both regarded among the best all-time in their respective sports. Brady has the most Super Bowl wins for any quarterback in NFL history, while Mayweather holds an unblemished record at 49-0.

Mayweather is set to take on McGregor on Saturday night in a much-hyped fight that will see the worlds of boxing and UFC collide in a boxing match. The 40-year-old is the heavy favorite to win the bout and walk away with a perfect 50-0 professional record.
