In case you forgot — because you probably did — former Cincinnati Bengals running back Jeremy Hill joined the New England Patriots ahead of the 2018 campaign. While previously spending his entire professional career as a member of the Bengals, Hill's time on the field with the Patriots was brief due to a season-ending knee injury suffered early on.

Nonetheless, Hill is now officially a Super Bowl champion and wasted absolutely no time taking what appears to be a shot at his former team with the Patriots' seemingly annual Super Bowl parade taking place on Tuesday afternoon.

The 26-year-old running back just finished his first season away from Cincinnati while lasting a mere one game and four attempts as a member of the heralded Patriots this past season. Taking those four carries for 25 yards downfield, Hill failed to reach the end zone in his lone appearance for the AFC East powerhouse, which unfortunately ended with a season-ending knee injury.

Originally selected by the Bengals in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of LSU, Hill would go on to spend his first four seasons atop the highest level in Cincinnati. Appearing in 54 games as a member of the Bengals, Hill started 43 of those contests en route to rushing for 2,873 yards and scoring 29 touchdowns via the ground game on a total of 708 rushing attempts.

With New England once again finishing on top as Super Bowl Champions, the lowly Bengals finished the year in the cellar of the AFC North division at just 6-10.
