A lot has been made about the Antonio Brown drama recently. From his bizarre training camp meltdowns to abhorrent behavior that led to his release from the Oakland Raiders, many fans don't know what to make of the All-Pro receiver after his antics. Especially with the recent news of him planning this all out to end up with the New England Patriots.

But Julian Edelman has a positive feeling about Brown on his team. The Super Bowl LIII MVP went on the Greg Hill Show and discussed how he felt about the pickup of Brown. And he believes that the Pro Bowl receiver will take the offense to the next level.

“Coach is going to do what is best for the team, what he feels is best for the team. Adding Antonio, he feels that’s best for our team. Quite frankly, he’s a a really good football player. He works his tail off. He practiced this week.

“I think with a player like him, a player of his caliber, he’s going to raise the bar and raise the intensity of practice because he’s so good for other guys to see. He’s a really good football player and I look forward to playing with him.”

The Patriots are known for picking up talented players from other teams that have been distractions and turning them into key players. Josh Gordon is someone that helped the Patriots during their Super Bowl-winning season last year when he was on the field and they will look to use Brown in the same way too.
