Former New England Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib is now current Los Angeles Rams cornerback. As a result, Talib is well versed in all things Patriots as he previously spent a season-and-a-half in New England before ultimately suiting up for the Rams.

Currently, in the midst of his first year out on the West Coast, Talib recently came to the defense of one of his former Patriots teammates, tight end Rob Gronkowski.

“All the shots are coming from y'all,” Talib told reporters, via Jeremy Bergman of NFL.com. “They don't come from the guys watching the tape. If you watch the tape, you'd see. … When was the last time you watched some tape? Do you watch it though? You probably be drunk during the game.”

The 32-year-old cornerback was originally selected by the Buccaneers in the first round of the 2008 NFL Draft out of Kansas.
