The New England Patriots continue their quest to repeat as Super Bowl with another successful regular season about to wrap up. New England heads into Week 16 the defending champions hope to take down the division rival Buffalo Bills with Tom Brady on the verge of yet another impressive milestone.

According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, Brady matched future Hall of Famer Peyton Manning for the most seasons with 12 regular-season wins.

Since entering the NFL in 2000, quarterback Tom Brady has been part of teams that reached 12 regular-season wins in 11 different seasons, which ties Peyton Manning for the most in NFL history.

Brady can pass Manning in Week 16 with the Patriots taking on the division rival Buffalo Bills, via Reiss.

If the New England Patriots beat the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, or the New York Jets in the season finale, No. 12 will have 12 seasons of 12 victories or more, separating himself from Manning.

The Patriots are hoping to clinch a first-round bye in the playoffs and therefore have something to play for in Week 16. New England will take on another AFC East opponent in their regular-season finale as they'll go head-to-head with the New York Jets giving Brady another chance to reach the milestone if the Patriots fall short in Week 15.

It seems as though this latest milestone is inevitable for Brady with New England favored going into this matchup with the Bills and will almost certainly, pending any injuries, be favored to come out on top against New York.
