New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady, the man who has won five Super Bowls in his career and a supermodel as a wife, does seem to be a maniacal perfectionist. Despite his countless accomplishments in the sport of football, Brady can still be easily ticked off by something as trivial as an incomplete pass during a practice to the point that he kicked a ball into the stands, according to Jeff Howe of The Athletic.

Tom Brady, frustrated with a high incompletion, asked for the ball back and punted it into the stands.

Brady vented his dismay on the poor pigskin on Monday, when other Patriots also struggled. According to Tyler Sullivan of 247 Sports, Brady’s receivers like tight end Rob Gronkowski and wideout Julian Edelman dropped what could have been easy catches. Newcomer Eric Decker was perhaps the worst of them all, as the veteran wideout, who was signed by the Pats just this August, dropped the ball three times.

As for Brady, he connected on just 15 of his 28 pass attempts and was even intercepted once. It was his incompletion that set him off, though, which just shows how passionate he remains about football.

Brady turned 41 on Aug. 3 and will be entering his 18th season in the league with the same team that drafted him way back in 2000.

Last season, Brady steered the Patriots all the way into the Super Bowl, where they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles. Still, the Pats are seen as the team to beat in 2018.
