The New England Patriots suffered their third loss of the season in Week 14 to the Kansas City Chiefs. However, that had the potential to not even be the worst news of the day.

Superstar quarterback Tom Brady walked in to do his post-game interviews with his right elbow all wrapped up. That's a scary sight for New England fans.

It appears there is not much to worry about though. Brady says that his elbow was hit, but he is fine and he fully expects to play next week, although you will likely see him on the injury report.

The loss was the Patriots' second in a row, something that seemed impossible not all that long ago? New England is still 10-3 though and has a slight lead over the 9-4 Buffalo Bills for the lead in the AFC East.

So with just three games left in the schedule, it's time for a few final wins to clinch the top spot in the division and possibly a first-round bye and some home-field advantage.

Of course, for that to happen, you would expect Brady to have to be playing. He has been synonymous with the Patriots and winning for the longest time now, it's hard to see this team winning some crucial games without their leader on the field.

As Brady said, you should expect to see him on the injury report this week. New England has shown in the past they are very liberal with the injury report. They will gladly put someone on for the slightest issue. So Brady not being on there after having his elbow wrapped up like that would be surprising.

That being said, Week 15 has New England facing off with the Cincinnati Bengals, a 1-12 team. If New England gets a comfortable lead maybe we see Brady getting a rest much earlier than usual.
