There has been a lot of talks the last few years about how many more years New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has left in the league. It has been a hot topic again this year at training camp, and even though he is 41 years old, he doesn't see a reason why retirement should be anytime in his future.

“I have a great time. I love this sport. I’ve loved playing it since I was a kid. It’s hard for me to imagine doing anything else in life. I love playing ball, so to still be out here at 41, soon to be 42, it’s pretty good,” Brady said via Pro Football Talk.

Brady has seen a lot in the league and has come a long ways from his first training camp back in 2000 after being a sixth-round pick out of Michigan. Brady admits that he never thought he would go from just trying to make the team, to being in the league this long.

“I was trying to make the team at that point, so to do it 20 years later is pretty unreal to me,” he said.

Stats say that Brady's play has fallen off a little bit the last few years, but not a ton, and as long as the team continues to win games and Brady stays healthy, there isn't any reason he can't play a couple more years.

It's clear that he hasn't lost the love of the game s and that is one of the most important things as he tries to continue his career.
