New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has nothing left to prove in football. Whether the Patriots end up winning or losing Sunday’s Super Bowl LII showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles, Brady’s place in the pantheon of the all-time greats is secured. That said, Brady does not seem to be ready to hang it up anytime soon. In fact, he intends to only do so after he wins two more Super Bowl titles. This is according to Brady himself in the latest episode of his Facebook docuseries, Tom vs. Time.

Tom Brady is 40, and will be 41 by the time the 2018 NFL season rolls around. Brady, however, has not shown any significant signs of a slowdown in his game. He just finished the 2017 regular season leading the entire NFL with 4,577 passing yards to go with 32 touchdowns against just eight interceptions. In leading the Patriots to a 13-3 record to top the AFC East for the ninth straight time that also gave them a No. 1 seed in the conference, Brady has also been named as the 2017 NFL MVP – his third in his legendary career. The future Hall of Famer has five Super Bowl wins heading into Super Bowl LII, but his competitive fire and will to win have not waned one bit.

Brady signed a three-year deal with the Patriots in 2014, but later inked a two-year extension in 2016. Assuming that Brady will play next season, he is bound for free agency in 2019.

So far in his career, Brady has 66,159 passing yards, 488 touchdowns, and 97.6 quarterback rating.
