New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is set to become an unrestricted free agent next month. These past few months, there has been some speculation that he could possibly be leaving the Patriots this offseason.

Nonetheless, former NFL agent Joel Corry explained on CBS that Brady could possibly make roughly $100 million in free agency.

Brady has an expiring contract for the first time in his illustrious 20-year career. Reports started surfacing around the Super Bowl that the Patriots would be willing to pay at least $30 million per year to keep Brady, and the Raiders would also be in pursuit. There has been plenty of speculation about the Chargers as a potential suitor since Philip Rivers won’t be back for a 17th season.
There have already been numerous teams reportedly interested in signing Brady this offseason. Some of those teams include the Los Angeles Chargers, Las Vegas Raiders, and the Tennessee Titans.
The Raiders are reportedly planning to give Tom Brady a two-year $60 million contract. In addition, the Patriots are also reportedly willing to pay Brady $30 million per year.
$30 million per year sounds like a lot for a 42-year-old quarterback. However, Brady has proven that he's still one of the best passers in the league. Last season, Brady recorded 4,057 passing yards and 24 touchdowns. Brady had also expressed that he wants to play until he reaches 45 years old.
Nonetheless, it'll be interesting to see where Brady decides ago. Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is also expected to return next season, which may have an impact on Brady’s decision.
