The New England Patriots desperately need a win on Sunday versus the Buffalo Bills to keep their season alive, and Cam Newton is doing everything he can to put them in a position to win.

After leading the offense down the field, Newton was able to find the end zone on the ground to tie the game in the fourth quarter:

With the Patriots being shorthanded on offense, they'll need Newton to contribute more with his legs. He was able to do that on third down by taking the snap and scoring a touchdown to tie the game at 21 in the fourth quarter.

While Newton has struggled to pass the ball, he has had some consistent success on the ground this season. His rushing score on Sunday now gives him six total rushing touchdowns in his first season with the Patriots.

The Bills have since scored a field goal to take a lead late in the fourth quarter. Therefore, New England may need some late-game heroics from Newton to gain some momentum in the AFC East.
