Rob Gronkowski had a bit of a down season for the New England Patriots and rumors have been swirling that he could retire following Super Bowl 53. While his production was not very ā€œGronkā€ like in the regular season, he has stepped up once again on the biggest stage of them all.

Late in the fourth quarter against the Los Angeles Rams, Gronkowski came up with what may be the play of the game. He caught a spectacular diving pass from Tom Brady to set the Patriots up for a touchdown that gave them a 10-3 lead.

Take a look at the amazing catch for yourself:

As of this writing, Gronkowski has caught six passes for 87 yards. He has terrorized the Rams' defense and has forced mismatches across the field. The Patriots have relied heavily on him and wide receiver Julian Edelman.

New England backed up their touchdown with a huge interception deep in their own territory off of Rams' quarterback Jared Goff. Stephon Gilmore was the man who made the big defensive play for the Patriots.

Gronkowski and company are closing in on yet another Super Bowl victory. Los Angeles is facing an uphill battle to make a comeback.
