Another drive, another big play by the New England Patriots defense. Meanwhile, the nightmare start to the game continues for quarterback Sam Darnold and the New York Jets' offense.

Darnold was picked off for a second time in the first half, this time, by safety Duron Harmon in the red zone.

There is no question that this was another questionable throw made by Darnold. To no surprise, the Patriots defense has made it a point to make him feel uncomfortable in the pocket with a blitz-heavy approach. It is safe to say that it has worked so far after throwing as many interceptions as completions with just four minutes to go in the first half.

Although Darnold is coming off an impressive 2019 NFL season re-debut in Week 6, it is clear that this elite New England defense has posed quite a challenge for him early on. He will need to find a way to get his rhythm under center before the Week 7 divisional tilt continues to get out of hand.
