Since entering the NBA back in 2010, Paul George has made $144,467,045 through his NBA contracts, per Spotrac.

The first NBA contract George signed was worth $4.6 million. It was his rookie deal with the Indiana Pacers. George averaged 7.8 points as a rookie while making $2,238,660.

During his second season in the league, Paul George made $1,936,730. The swingman increased his scoring average to 12.1 points and became a full-time starter for the Pacers.

George's breakout season in the NBA was during his third year and it came at the perfect time. Young Trece averaged 17.4 points per game, made his first All-Star team and won the 2013 Most Improved Player of the Year Award. The Pacers had themselves a star and there was no way the franchise was going to let this gem of a player leave Indiana.

The Pacers signed Paul George to a five-year, $91.57 million maximum rookie extension before the 2013-14 season. The extension was set to kick in during the 2014-15 campaign and pay George $15,925,680 in year one.

Unfortunately, the California native suffered a gruesome leg injury during a Team USA scrimmage in the summer of 2014. George only played in six games during the 2014-15 season.

In 2015-16, George showed the world he was back, and maybe even better than before. He averaged 23.1 points per game and returned to the All-Star Game. PG made $17,120,106 that season and everyone around the world was just happy to see him playing the game he loves again.

The 2016-17 campaign wound up being Paul George's last season with the Pacers. He told management in the summer of 2017 that he wasn't going to re-sign with the Pacers when he became an unrestricted free agent in the offseason of 2018.

Indiana traded George to the Oklahoma City Thunder in July of 2017. He made $19,508,958 in 2017-18 and averaged 21.9 points. George was playing with fellow All-Stars Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony. Despite OKC being talented on paper, though, the team ended up getting bounced in the first round of the 2018 playoffs by the Utah Jazz.

In the summer of 2018, Paul George was an unrestricted free agent and most pundits thought he was going to leave the Thunder after one season and go back home and play for the Los Angeles Lakers.

However, George shocked the world and re-signed with OKC on a four-year, $136.9 million maximum contract. The fourth year of the deal is a player option.

In 2018-19, George played like an MVP. He averaged 28.0 points per game while making $30,560,700 and probably would have finished with more MVP votes if his shoulders didn't fail him.

PG wasn't healthy for much of the second half of the season. The Thunder lost to Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round of the 2019 playoffs. Game 5 of that series turned out to be the last game George and Westbrook would play for OKC.

In the summer of 2019, the Thunder traded Westbrook to the Houston Rockets and George to the Los Angeles Clippers. Kawhi Leonard recruited George to the Clippers and convinced PG-13 to request a trade from the Thunder.

Paul George was set to make $33,005,556 in 2019-20 but that was before the season was suspended due to COVID-19. He was averaging 21.0 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists in his first season back home in Los Angeles.

The Clippers are title contenders for the first time in franchise history with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George leading the charge. The organization has zero championships.
