If you want to see New Orleans Pelicans shooting guard JJ Redick shotgun a beer live, then you have to hope his tweet gets at least 10,000 retweets by 5 p.m. on Sunday.

While Redick was playing golf at Disney World on Saturday, he had a beer with him since the water fountain wasn't operating. That's when the popular Twitter account “NBA Bubble Life” asked the Pelicans guard how many retweets it would take for the sharpshooter to shotgun a bud light.

This is the content NBA fans are looking for while the “bubble” games are going on. Players will have access to some of the attractions at Disney World, such as golf, fishing, tennis and bowling.

JJ Redick is one of the best shooters in NBA history, but Pelicans and NBA fans already know that. What they really want to know is if the former Duke Blue Devil can shotgun a beer with the best of them.

Redick and the Pelicans can enjoy themselves at Disney World until the seeding games start. New Orleans has to compile a better record than the Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns to clinch the eighth spot in the West and compete in the 2020 playoffs.

As it stands, the Grizzlies are in eighth place while the Pelicans are in the 10th spot.

Before the season was suspended in March, Redick was averaging 14.9 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists for the Pelicans. The 36-year-old, who has never missed the playoffs since entering the NBA in 2006, was also shooting 45.0 percent from the field, 45.2 percent from beyond the arc and 90.2 percent from the free-throw line.
