The New Orleans Pelicans might have Jrue Holiday, JJ Redick and Derrick Favors back in advance of Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons.

Holiday, Redick and Favors have all been upgraded to questionable, the team announced in their latest injury report. The release also noted that Zion Williamson remains out as he continues to rehab from arthroscopic knee surgery (via Jim Eichenhofer of Pelicans.com):

New Orleans (14-26) was extremely short-handed Saturday in its loss at Boston, but help could be on the way Monday when the Pelicans face the Pistons in Detroit. On Sunday's injury report, Derrick Favors (right hamstring strain), Jrue Holiday (left elbow tricep strain) and JJ Redick were all listed as questionable to play in the 6 p.m. Central game. All three New Orleans starters were DNPs against the Celtics.

Meanwhile, Kenrich Williams (right lower back soreness) remains out, as are Zion Williamson (knee) and Darius Miller (Achilles).

Holiday has missed each of New Orleans' last four games. Favors, meanwhile, has played in just 23 games this season after the Pelicans acquired him this past July.

Their absences were felt on Saturday, as the Celtics throttled the Pelicans and Jayson Tatum went for a career-high 41 points in just over 30 minutes of run.

New Orleans are desperate to establish some momentum as they sit three and half games back of the eighth spot in the Western Conference standings. While the Pelicans rank sixth in pace, they are just 20th in offensive rating, according to Basketball Reference.

Not to mention, New Orleans are 25th in defensive rating.
