Zion Williamson has yet to play for the New Orleans Pelicans this season due to a lingering foot injury. There have also been countless rumors insinuating that he is not happy with the organization, most notably because of a “rift” and “lack of trust” with boss David Griffin.

Well, after showing some love to Pelicans teammates Jaxson Hayes and Willy Hernangomez on Thursday, Zion hopped on a fan group chat on Instagram and made it very clear: He absolutely loves NOLA and has no plans in leaving anytime soon:

Yes, it is legit as you can see above. That is in fact Zion's profile. Given how long he's been out, some are saying the Pelicans should move on from the former first overall pick. But we have to remember, the franchise just brought in a legitimate running mate for him in CJ McCollum. Although JJ Redick absolutely ripped into Zion for not contacting CJ after the blockbuster trade, this duo could be scary when they actually hit the floor together.

Nevertheless, this is right from the horse's mouth. Williamson, with one message, has ended any rumors of him leaving the Pelicans. Let's just hope he can get his body back to full strength because when the former Duke star was playing, he was electric, averaging 25.7 points, seven boards, and 3.2 assists per game. We all want to see that again.
