Everyone was looking forward to how Zion Williamson will perform in his NBA debut. While the New Orleans Pelicans lost in dramatic fashion to the San Antonio Spurs, the first overall pick of the 2019 Draft certainly didn't disappoint when it came to his prowess as a baller.

His debut was one to remember for New Orleans fans, as he finished with 22 points in only 18 minutes of play. However, the thing that was the most impressive about the rookie forward was his great shooting from long-range.

Williamson became the first player in history to shoot 4-for-4 or better in his NBA debut. Plenty of fans will be surprised that the Duke stalwart would be the first man to do such a feat when he's not really known for his shooting.

His perfect accuracy from deep also shows that he has been working on his game even during the time he was sidelined. This performance was a perfect rebuttal to the scouting report on his shooting form.

According to The Stepien's pre-draft scouting report, Zion's shot was still a work in progress. While the rather flat trajectory of the ball can be a concern, it is still undeniable that the shot went in.

While Williamson is still far from the perfect shooter, he's doing a great job proving the reports wrong.

If his performance was enough to excite fans, then everyone will be looking forward to what he will do next. Zion Williamson be getting another test against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday, and that will be one game Pelicans fans and neutral spectators will be eager to catch.
