Safe to say New Orleans Pelicans rookie Jaxson Hayes is upset about not making the Rising Stars game.

Need proof? Take a look:

Hayes has appeared in 45 games for the Pelicans this season. He's averaging 8.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists while shooting 66.2 percent from the field, 25.0 percent from beyond the arc and 62.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Hayes is a high-flyer. He's already had some powerful dunks this season for the Pelicans, who are trying to make a push for the playoffs now that Zion Williamson is in the lineup. One would think the Rising Stars game would only showcase Hayes' skills more since defense isn't played and fans just want to see dunks. The NBA definitely missed a good opportunity here.

Odds are Hayes will get fined for this video, but he clearly doesn't care.

The Pelicans are 19-29 on the season. They are in 12th place in the Western Conference standings.
