New Orleans Pelicans fans have been waiting for much-heralded rookie Zion Williamson to make his NBA regular-season debut. And while the 2019 N0. 1 overall pick isn't quite ready for a return to the hardwood, it seems his unreal athleticism is still very much intact.

Prior to the Pelicans game against the New York Knicks, Williamson showed off for the camera with an impressive between-the-legs dunk off the bounce.

After dominating as a freshman at Duke, Zion Williamson became the clear-cut top pick of the 2019 draft. With once-in-a-generation athleticism and a unique 285-pound frame, Williamson is unlike any other prospect basketball fans have ever seen.

Zion would go on to have strong showings in the NBA preseason before suffering a knee injury, which then required the hyped rookie to get surgery in October. In the four games he played for the Pelicans in the preseason, Williamson averaged 23.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.5 steal while shooting 71.4 percent from the field and 68.8 percent from the free-throw line.

While it's clear the debut of Williamson will come soon, Friday will not be that day.
