Tom Brady made it known he stans Phil Mickelson at the PGA Championship. After all, they have played together in the past. But Brady isn't simply cheering for Mickelson, he's really CHEERING.

In fact, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star quarterback couldn't stop himself from tweeting a NSFW reaction.

To the uninformed, perhaps 90% of the golf-loving adults, LFG stands for Let's F****** Go. And to the other uninformed, perhaps 90% of the not-golf-loving millennials, Brady's “That's my quarterback!” remark is a direct reference to an old quote from NFL icon Terrell Owens in 2008.

Brady was absolutely thrilled with Mickelson's almost impossible birdie at hole no. 5. The 50-year-old Lefty carried his momentum to earn the title and become the oldest player in history to win a major tournament.

Mickelson also set a bunch of milestones with his resounding win, joining Sam Snead, Raymond Floyd, and Davis Love III as the only golfers in PGA Tour history to win in four different decades. It's even more impressive since Mickelson entered the week only ranked 115th in the world, the lowest by any major champion since Shaun Michael in the 2003 PGA Championship.

Brady is no stranger to solid performances on the green by Mickelson, as they teamed up during a charity contest dubbed The Match last year to raise funds amid the COVID-19 pandemic. They beat the tandem of Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning with Mickelson serving as “quarterback.”

Phil Mickelson now has six major titles under his belt. And if there's one person who sure can't get enough of winning, it's Tom Brady. After all, he only has seven Super Bowl titles. THAT'S A QUARTERBACK!
