The Philadelphia Eagles are struggling. Heading into their Week 4 matchup with the undefeated Green Bay Packers, the Eagles cannot afford to let their season turn upside down. However, if the can get healthy, or just find a way to get Alshon Jeffery back in the lineup, the offense will be ok. But then there are still concerns about the defense.

The defense is horrible. But when has that not been the case? Even during their Super Bowl run two seasons ago, they were suspect. The secondary has no direction and their pass rush is non-existent. Even with those major issues, Eagles' fans should not be in full panic mode after their 1-2 start.

Here are 3 Reasons Why The Philadelphia Eagles Should Not Panic

Schedule

For whatever reason, the Philadelphia Eagles have let winnable games slip away. Against the Detroit Lions this past Sunday and last week against the Atlanta Falcons, the Eagles let up on the gas peddle and forgot they were the better team. Despite injuries, they should easily be 3-0. Their next few games on the schedule will include the Green Bay Packers (3-0), New York Jets (0-3), Minnesota Vikings (2-1), Dallas Cowboys (3-0), and Buffalo Bills (3-0). If the Eagles can escape that stretch of games at least 3-2, they will be in great position down the final stretch.

The Eagles will still have to fave the New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, and Seattle Seahawks. But after that, it becomes a snooze fest. The New York Giants have the rookie under center but are still no match for Philadelphia. The same goes for the reeling Washington Redksins and possibly a split with the Cowboys. And yet, lost in the mix are still the Miami Dolphins. All is not lost for Philly.

Health

Despite their record, the Eagles still should be feared. The starting offense has only played one full game together which just happened to be their only win of the year. That's a large task in itself as Carson Wentz is just coming back from injury, the Eagles gave two new RBs in the backfield and the return of DeSean Jackson. The offense has to gel.

Once Alshon Jeffery and Jackson return, the offense will kick it into gear. On the defensive side of the ball, the Eagles have been without Jalen Mills and Malik Jackson. Two vitals parts of the defense. Injuries happen all the time in sports, but this early in the season, the Eagles have faced roadblocks and yet, they still have been in every game. Image what happens when they're at full strength.

Experience

Despite their struggles, the Eagles are still one of the best teams in the NFC. The Cowboys are another veteran team but they haven't been battled-tested like this bunch has. The same goes for the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and even the Los Angeles Rams. The Eagles are just two seasons removed from winning the Super Bowl and a catch away from the NFC Championship Game last year.

When the pressure is on, this team steps up to the challenge. Although Carson Wentz was not the QB during those times, he's still the same player who had his name in the running for MVP before his two season-ending injuries the last two years. Everything about the Eagles screams Super Bowl. The main focus for Doug Pederson is getting the players to remember who they are.
