Detroit Pistons rookie Cade Cunningham brought out the big guns in Las Vegas as the 19-year-old was out there looking like Stephen Curry in his NBA Summer League debut.  This year's first overall draft pick immediately caught on fire in the Thomas & Mack Center and hit two huge threes in the opening minutes of their game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Now that's something the two-time MVP from the Golden State Warriors would be proud of.

Cade has always had this stroke. In his lone season in Oklahoma State, Cunningham shot 40% from deep in 5.7 three-point attempts from beyond the arc. This helped him book a spot as the Big 12 Player of the Year as well as the Big 12 Freshman of the Tear in just 27 games for the Cowboys.

The young Texas native is looking to add some much-needed firepower to a young Pistons squad this season. Cunningham will be spearheading the attack for the Motor City in the 2021-2022 NBA season alongside a solid young core with the likes of Saddiq Bey, Killian Hayes, Isaiah Stewart, and Olympic gold medal winner Jerami Grant. With only Grant dropping huge scoring numbers last season for Detroit, look for Cade Cunningham to go up the depth chart and instantly be the Piston's go-to guy in his rookie season.

Watch out league, the first overall pick has definitely arrived.
