Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond brought the thunder to the Barclays Center on Wednesday night against Jarrett Allen and the Brooklyn Nets.

Drummond put Allen on a poster during the first quarter of the game, unleashing a massive one-handed slam over the Nets center.

Drummond is among the more athletic centers in the league, and he showed no fear in challenging one of the best shot blockers in the NBA.

This has been another excellent season for Drummond. The 26-year-old is averaging 17.3 points, 2.1 steals and 1.8 blocks while also pulling down a league-leading 15.6 rebounds per game for the Pistons

However, Drummond's season has been surrounded by trade rumors, as the Pistons grapple with salary cap concerns as well as his impending player options.

Normally, a player of Andre Drummond's caliber would be among the most highly sought-after commodities on the trade market. However, the potential of him opting out and signing a max contract in free agency might be scaring a number of potential suitors.

It remains to be seen if he will remain a Piston after thee February trade deadline, but one thing is for sure: he remains an elite player who can help any team.
