As far as surprise birthday greetings go, Stanley Johnson's recent gesture to Detroit Pistons teammate Andre Drummond is one for the record books.

Drummond turned 25 on Friday, and Johnson made sure that he would have one of the most unforgettable birthday mornings of his life. Johnson decided to take the entire Pistons Drumline to Drummond's home, and the surprise was a smashing success.

Midway through the video, Drummond is seen greeting the mob through his front door. It looked like Drummond had just gotten up from bed, and did not even have time to put a shirt on before checking on the ruckus. Nonetheless, the 6-foot-11 big man was pleasantly surprised, and in a touching moment of bromance, he gave Johnson a very warm thank you hug.

These two, as well as the rest of the Pistons, will definitely want to carry over this type of chemistry to the court this coming season. With the addition of Blake Griffin at the halfway point of last season, the team eventually narrowly missed out on the eighth and final playoff spot in the East. They came very close and were just four games out of the postseason picture.

The Pistons will be looking to improve on their past accomplishments this year, by making only their second playoff appearance in the past decade. Both Drummond and Johnson will both play pivotal roles in this quest, and both players will need to be at their best.
