Football fans will be blessed with one of the best matchups of the season in Week 7 as a pair of undefeated squads clash. The Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans have been among the best teams in the NFL to start the season, and both will be looking to sustain momentum heading towards the midway point in the year.

Pittsburgh's formula for success has been pretty straightforward in nature: control the clock and unleash a lethal pass rush on opposing quarterbacks. The Titans, meanwhile, have relied on the quarterback-running back tandem of Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry to orchestrate consistent scoring drives.

Only one AFC team will remain undefeated when the Steelers and Titans square off on Sunday. Here are four bold predictions for one of the best games of Week 7.

Chase Claypool scores two more touchdowns

Chase Claypool, Baker Mayfield, Ben Roetlhlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers, Browns predictions

Pittsburgh's rookie wideout has been one of the standout young stars of the 2020 season.

Claypool has thrilled fantasy managers everywhere, scoring five touchdowns in the past two weeks and also getting involved in the Steelers' rushing attack.

The bet here is Claypool finds pay dirt at least a couple times against the Titans.

Tennessee's secondary was ravaged by Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson this past weekend, as Watson completed 28 of 37 passes for 335 yards and four touchdowns.

Additionally, the Titans have struggled to generate consistent pressure this year. In fact, the Titans have just seven sacks this season, with two of those coming against a weak Texans offensive line.

The Pittsburgh Steelers rank sixth in terms of pass protection, per Football Outsiders. Ben Roethlisberger should have all day to throw, and he has no shortage of weapons at the skill positions.

Pittsburgh boasts multiple home run threats, and Claypool is among them. The former Notre Dame standout is averaging nearly 20 yards per reception this season, routinely getting behind opposing secondaries and showing equal aptitude for making plays on the outside or in the seams.

The Steelers will spread the Titans' secondary out throughout the contest, and Claypool is a strong candidate to make a few big grabs and get into the end zone a couple times.

Pittsburgh Steelers will get four sacks

We have established the Steelers excel at protecting “Big Ben.” Well, the Titans have been even better in pass protection.

Tennessee's offensive line ranks second in pass protection, per Football Outsiders. The Titans' ability to mix in runs both between the tackles and outside zones makes opposing defenses respect the offense. It is hard to dial up pressure when Derrick Henry can break through the second level and burn you for chunks.

As a result, Tannehill has often had time to make his reads and dissect opposing secondaries. It has also helped to get A.J. Brown healthier over the course of the past few weeks.

However, Pittsburgh Steelers defensive coordinator Keith Butler is likely to get after Tannehill.

The Titans lost star offensive tackle Taylor Lewan for the remainder of the year after the three-time Pro Bowler revealed he tore his ACL against the Texans.

Lewan's absence could not come at a worse time, as the Steelers generate constant pressure up front. Pittsburgh led the NFL in sacks last season, and they are atop that category again this year, with 24 sacks through five games.

T.J. Watt has 4.5 sacks and a tam-high 14 quarterback hits. Outside linebacker Bud Dupree and defensive end Stephon Tuitt have combined for 9.0 sacks and 22 quarterback hits, and the interior duo of Cameron Heyward and Vince Williams stuff the middle.

The Steelers lost a major piece of the defense when Devin Bush went down for the year, but Butler will still scheme to get steady pressure on Tannehill, and Lewan's absence should loom especially large in this contest.

Tannehill will throw for over 300 yards

Mike Tomlin, Pittsburgh Steelers

One of the other reasons Tannehill is more likely to be taken down is the Titans' likely commitment to the passing game.

Pittsburgh's defense dominates against the run. The Steelers rank second in both rushing yards allowed (331) and yards per carry (3.3) this year, and they will be sure to gang tackle Henry in order to bring him down.

Tennessee probably has a better chance of airing it out. The Titans will also face no other choice if the Steelers score early and often, which is certainly a possibility against an underwhelming Titans defense.

Thus, it stands to reason Tannehill will get his numbers.

The 32-year-old has been efficient again this season, especially over the course of the last two games. Tannehill completed 21 of 28 attempts for close to 200 yards and three scores against the Buffalo Bills in Week 5, and he also completed 30 of 41 attempts for 366 yards and four touchdowns in last weekend's win over the Texans.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been sturdy against opposing passers this season, as well. But Tannehill and the Titans will have to throw in order to move the ball and apply pressure, and the veteran quarterback will put up numbers in an effort to keep the Titans undefeated.

A.J. Brown cracks the 100-yard mark

Brown was one of the breakout stars of the 2019 campaign. The former Ole Miss had a huge rookie year, with 1,051 receiving yards and eight receiving touchdowns on 20.2 yards per receptions.

This season got off on a more sour note, as Brown has been dealing with knee problems that forced him to miss a couple games. However, the 23-year-old is beginning to find a rhythm.

Brown had seven receptions for 82 yards and a score against the Bills. He followed with a two-touchdown performance against the Texans, including this circus grab in the final seconds to send the game to overtime. Still, Brown has yet to eclipse 100 yards in a single game this year. That could change against the Steelers.

Tannehill loves to spread the ball around, but Brown has seen a solid target share since returning to action against Buffalo. He had 16 combined targets in each of the last two games, and should benefit from the Titans turning to the passing game.

Just as Claypool is a candidate to hit on a big play or two for the Steelers, so too is Brown for the Titans, particularly if the Pittsburgh Steelers brings extra pressure.
