In the last few months, former Oakland Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith has continued to see his life spiral further out of control. All of this had once again come to a head earlier this month after he was arrest due to his alleged involvement in domestic violence incident.

This had led to him checking himself into rehab to help straighten out his troubling life that has seemingly had no end to the troubles with the law. According to Evan Sernoffsky of the San Francisco Chronicle, Smith has been arrested again on Friday morning for violating a court order to stay from the victim in the alleged domestic violence dispute.

Former Raiders and 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested by San Francisco police on Friday morning after violating a court order to stay away from a victim in an alleged domestic violence incident earlier this month.

The 28-year-old had been held on suspicion of three counts of misdemeanor violation of a protective order following his decision to turn himself into authorities on Friday. This further clouds his future as this could lead to him being in more legal issues that may lead to him possibly getting jail time.

Although this may be the least of his concerns at this point in time, Smith's chance of returning to the NFL with any team. He has continued to struggle to stay out of trouble with the law over the last few years. The Raiders' decision to release him earlier this month after his arrest may have been the last straw for him getting back into the league.

There should be more clarity on this front as to what will lie ahead of Smith following this most recent arrest. The only thing clear at this point is that he has a difficult path ahead of him to get his life straightened out.
