Jon Gruden is waiting to get the party started with Antonio Brown missing practices with the Oakland Raiders. After seeing a foot specialist on Saturday, Brown is expected to be day-to-day according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Earlier this offseason, the Raiders traded for Brown after the All-Pro wideout was fed up with his current situation with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Brown then negotiated a new contract with the Raiders after landing in Oakland.

Despite showing up to training camp in a hot-air balloon, Brown began camp on the non-football injury list with sore feet. The star-studded wide receiver posted a picture of his feet on social media. And let's just say, his feet have been through it all.

The Raiders realize that Brown is a vital piece to the puzzle for the team to reach their ultimate goal. A Super Bowl. You don't pay a wide receiver nearly $20 million a year if you don't believe in him being one of the focal points of your offense.

Along with Brown, the Raiders added Tyrell Williams, Hunter Renfrow, and J.J. Nelson at the receiver position. All of those guys will see more reps in practice with the absence of AB.

When Brown returns, Oakland is hoping to get the same version of the receiver that played in Pittsburgh in the past nine seasons. Tremendously, Brown has averaged 114 receptions for 1,524 yards and 11 touchdowns in the past six years.

Soon, the Raiders will grace the big screen as they kick off this year's series of Hard Knocks. For the time being, business isn't boomin' on the Raiders practice field.
