Derek Carr and the Oakland Raiders were viewed as big-time underdogs this week against the Chicago Bears. Going up against one of the NFL's best defenses is never an easy task, especially for a team that has had some issues moving the football this season.

For the second week in a row, however, Jon Gruden and the Raiders were able to pull off a huge win.

Following the victory, Carr took the time to speak out on the team's win. He knew that they were underdogs and the team knew that they had to prove that people should take them seriously.

Oakland now has a 3-2 record and have made some people turn their heads over the last couple of weeks. Beating the Bears is impressive and the Raiders also beat the Indianapolis Colts on the road last week.

Gruden and company still have a lot of work to do if they want to make a run at the playoffs. Most still don't think they have much of a chance to make a postseason run. However, if the Raiders keep playing like they have the last couple of weeks, they could surprise all of us.

Next up for the Raiders will be a Week 7 matchup with the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Oakland will have a bye week to get rested in Week 6 coming off of two big wins.

Things haven't looked bright in Oakland for awhile, but this team is looking like they are back on the right track.
