The Oakland Raiders are planning on moving to Las Vegas in 2020. Former NFL head coach Jeff Fisher had some words for the Raiders as they plan to relocate.

Fisher appeared on NFL Total Access and gave Oakland and Jon Gruden some advice for moving. After all, Fisher was with the Rams when they made the move from St. Louis to Los Angeles.

“There's nothing easy about it,” Fisher said. “It's a very complex process. First of all, you have to take care of the players. First and foremost, it's all about the players. You've gotta communicate with them. There are so many questions. You've got to be able to communicate with them. The questions, the unanswered things can be debilitating for them.”

During his segment on NFL Network, it seems like the veteran head coach pointed to the players as the most important part of the move. The players have to pack all of their belongings, find a place to stay, and focus on their families.

Fisher was also with the Oilers in the 1990s when they made the move from Houston to Tennessee and changed their name to the Titans. The longtime coach understands how grueling the process is of having to get everything to go smoothly.

Now, Gruden will need to help his players adjust and transition to a new city when they leave Oakland for their new home in Las Vegas. The Raiders stadium and the team's headquarters will be finished next year. The Raiders added a ton of talent to their roster but relocating to a new city could cause distractions next season.
